Ive Been Looking For An Article Or Topic Or Idea To Blog About. This Is Something I Came Across That Everyone Deals With In This Day In Age:
"Texting Can Become An Ally For Some Parents"
Written By Beth J. Harpaz
The Main Idea That Is Trying To Be Thrown Across Is That "One Of The Biggest Problems With Teens Is Getting Them To Communicate At All, So If They're Willing To Text Their Parents, We Should Embrace The Trend"
Some Parents Have A Hard Time Communicating With Their Teenagers About Any Subject Or Just Talking In General...And Same Goes For The Child. If The Child Is Going To Text Their Parents As Their Means Of Communication...Then Take What You Can As A Parent.
Being Able To Talk To Your Child Is What You Want Most. So Instead Of Fighting This New Trend.....EMBRACE IT!!
As Long As There Is Some Form Of Communication Whether It Be By:E-Mail, Phone, Or Text....Who Cares?
Texting, Is Better Than Nothing.
Stop Complaining About How Much A Child Texts And How You Can Never Talk To Them.
"In Some Families, It's The Primary Form Of Communication Between Parents And Children" The Article States.
As The Word "Family" Is Said, I Can't Help But Think Of MY Family. And How I Have Been Raised And Brought Up Throughout My Life.
"Always Talk" Is My Motto And That has Always Worked For Me In My 18 Years Of Living.
I Have Always Been Taught By My Parents That The Way Relationships Work And Are Successful, Is Through......COMMUNICATION.
Communication Is Key.
You Have To Be Able To Ask For Help If You Need It.
Be Able To Get Something That's Bothering You, Off Your Chest.
Even Something As Simple As Asking: How Was Your Day?
Always Talk. It Will Make You Feel Better.
So Parents.....If That Communication Just Happens To Come In The Form Of A Text......Take It For What Its Worth And Just Be Happy That Your Child IS TALKING TO YOU AT ALL!!!

I think this blog is really interesting. For one I love texting and it is pretty unusual you cant in some classes. But this was really well written.
